Golden State Warriors legend and four-time NBA champion Andre Iguodala was recently announced as an investor in an up-and-coming sports league, Major League Volleyball. Iguodala is one of many investors in the MLV's newest expansion team, the NorCal Rumble, who are set to play their home games in San Jose, California, during their inaugural season.

NorCal's primary logo is a California wildflower, inspired by the abundant nature
that's distinct to the region.
Iguodala's investment also marks a reunion of sorts, as he'll be joining one of his former championship teammates, 16-year veteran and two-time champion Zaza Pachulia, who has also been listed among investors. Current Sacramento Kings owner Vivek Ranadivé headlines the team's ownership group.
Iguodala, a former NBA Finals MVP known for his leadership, strength and clutch performances, will be hopeful to translate his NBA successes to team ownership. With the expansion, the MLV is now up to 12 teams and will begin play in January.
