Golden State Warriors coaches Steve Kerr and Frank Vogel were spotted Thursday morning at an NFL joint practice in Los Angeles between the Rams and New Orleans Saints.
Following the departure of previous top assistants, Jerry Stackhouse and Terry Stotts, who recently accepted a role with Team USA, the Warriors brought in Vogel. Vogel is a well-experienced coach at the NBA level, having won an NBA title (2019-2020) with the Los Angeles Lakers as a head coach. In 12 seasons as a head coach between the Pacers, Magic, Lakers and Suns, Vogel has over 900 games of coaching experience with a 480-422 record.
As for Kerr, his resume speaks for itself, having won four NBA championships in 12 seasons, all with Golden State. After finishing with the worst
record (37-45) of his coaching career last year, he and Vogel will have their work cut out for them during the 2026-27 season.
