The Golden State Warriors have built the strongest dynasty in recent NBA history, winning four championships since 2015. Former two-time MVP Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and head coach Steve Kerr have a lot to do with this, as the current trio has helped Golden State become one of the league's most valuable franchises.
In fact, in a list released Friday by Sportico, the Warriors were ranked as the No. 1 most valuable NBA franchise at a whopping $14.5 billion, $1.7 billion over the second-place team, the reigning champion New York Knicks. To put this evaluation in perspective, Golden State was worth $4 billion in 2020, according to Forbes. The Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers and the Chicago Bulls rounded out the top five. The Memphis
Grizzlies were ranked as the least valuable franchise, with their evaluation at $4.2 billion.
