After playing a rare back-to-back in the preseason, the Golden State Warriors received a pair of days off before returning to Chase Center to host the Sacramento Kings for their fourth game of the preseason. After giving most of their rotational players the night off in their loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday, Steve Kerr went back to a starting lineup featuring his core veterans like Stephen Curry and Draymond Green on Saturday night.
Throughout the first half, the Warriors and Kings traded buckets, with Golden State taking a five point lead into halftime. In the second half, the Warriors took control, holding a lead through the final two quarters on the way to a 111-106 win over the Kings.
In 14 minutes, Curry tallied eight points
on 3-of-6 shooting from the field wit a pair of made 3-pointers to go along with two assists in his third preseason appearance.
