During a slow offseason for the Warriors, former two-time MVP Stephen Curry is staying in shape. After taking some time off to golf and serve the community with his teammate Moses Moody, Curry was recently seen getting shots up in the gym. As a shock to no one, Curry was drilling 3-pointers nonstop.
In a video posted to social media, Curry knocked down 82 consecutive shots from beyond the arc and was still going strong as the video ended. Curry, the greatest shooter in NBA history, has made nearly 4,250 career 3-pointers while shooting 42.2% from beyond the arc. Curry also leads the NBA all-time in 3-pointers made per game with four and 3-pointers attempted per contest at 9.4.
While there are many great shooting years to choose from, Curry's best
shooting seasons came during the 2015-16 season, where he averaged 30.1 points and 5.1 made 3-pointers per game while shooting 45.4% from beyond the arc, and the 2020-21 season, where Curry averaged 32 points per game and made 5.3 3-pointers per game while converting on 42.1% of attempts.
