, along with the fanbase, have finally reached the day that they have been waiting for with Monday being their Media Day where everyone can address and take nice pictures as well. Brooklyn spent this past offseason trying to make enough changes to the roster to give the team a better chance of winning games this season, but Monday will be the first glimpse of everyone in the same place.

For those Nets fans that have access to a television in the late Monday morning, they will be able to watch the Media Day production from start to finish on YES Network, starting at 11am ET. Like every other year, fans will be able to hear the thoughts from people like head coach Jordi Fernandez and general manager Sean Marks along with some

of the players like forwards Michael Porter Jr. and Julius Randle.

More to the point, Brooklyn is now in year two of their rebuild being centered around what's been affectionately known as the "Flatbush Five," referencing the five players they took in the first round of the 2025 NBA Draft. Egor Demin, Nolan Traore, Drake Powell, Ben Saraf, and Danny Wolf will each likely have plenty of thoughts about this summer and how it relates to their expectations for this upcoming campaign.

Fernandez and Marks will once again be able to address the current direction of the team and explain the rationale for their biggest move of the summer: trading for Randle. Not only did the Nets add Randle, but they also brought in veterans in guard Keon Ellis and center Mo Wagner so fans will be able to hear Ellis speak once again and hear Wagner address the Brooklyn media for the first time since signing with the team.

Porter will once again be looked at as one of the leaders of the team, but given his current contract situation, he's eligible for an extension, his Media Day thoughts could be more interesting given that context. Either way, there seems to be more buzz surrounding the Nets this season than last season so Media Day on Monday should be able to capture all of that and more.
