On Saturday evening, the USC football team will return home to the Coliseum to host Ohio State. After an ugly loss at Wisconsin last week, the Trojans are desperate for a victory to get their season back on track.
Recently, USC announced that the game is officially sold out. This is the second sellout of the year at the Coliseum, along with last month’s game against Oregon.
Notably, the announcement was made before the loss to Wisconsin. It will be interesting to see if there are any USC fans who were planning to go to the game, but changed their minds after the disaster in Madison.
In addition, there is currently rain in the forecast for Saturday in Los Angeles. This could also potentially affect the crowd, as Southern California sports fans—who
are not particularly used to rain—are known for being somewhat soft when it comes to weather. Hopefully, the storm will clear, and it will be a great atmosphere at the Coliseum for a matchup between two college football blue bloods.
Kickoff between USC and Ohio State is set for 4:30 p.m. Pacific time Saturday on NBC.
