Former Duke Blue Devil and recent NBA Rookie of the Year Award winner Cooper Flagg officially opened up his trading card shop Saturday. Flagg and Flagg Trading Co. announced the store in August, adding himself to a list of great athletes that have opened trading card shops, including seven-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady and seven-time F1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton.
Flagg, who averaged 21 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.9 blocks during his rookie year with the Dallas Mavericks, has been well-documented as a card collector, even buying cards of his former Duke teammate, Kon Knueppel.
Flagg's new shop is open six days a week, being closed on Mondays. The store is open from 10 to 6 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; 10 to 8
on Fridays; 9 to 9 on Saturdays and 10 to 4 on Sundays.
