Monday night in the NBA featured a rivalry matchup between the Golden State Warriors and the Phoenix Suns. During the matchup, a former lottery pick from Duke, Khaman Maluach, found himself in the middle of a benches-clearing brawl.
Battling for position in the paint with former Defensive Player of the Year Award winner, Draymond Green, Maluach got free for a layup with Green falling down to the ground in the process. As Maluach went up to finish, Green got up and threw the South Sudanese center to the ground in what incited a scuffle.
