Texas Longhorns EDGE Colin Simmons is expected to miss three to four weeks with a high ankle sprain, according to Anwar Richardson of OrangeBloods. The junior was injured Saturday against Florida and is not expected to play in Texas' next game against Ole Miss.
The good news is an MRI conducted on Monday morning showed no structural damage to Simmons' ankle. But Texas defensive coordinator Will Muschamp will need to find a way to do without arguably the Longhorns best player for multiple games.
