Puka Nacua and Alaric Jackson are both facing potential suspensions from the NFL for off-field incidents that occurred this year, but the expectation is that they'll be available for Week 1. Sean McVay told reporters that the Rams expect Nacua and Jackson to play in the opener on Thursday night in Australia.

Neither player was placed on the commissioner's exempt list before final cutdowns, allowing both to practice and play while investigations are ongoing. Nacua is dealing with a psoas injury, as well, but Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reported Sunday that it won't impact his availability against the 49ers.

Nacua is being sued for allegedly biting a woman on New Year's Eve, while Jackson was arrested on domestic violence charges this offseason.
