The Los Angeles Rams continued to make roster moves on Tuesday as they get their team ready to take on the Philadelphia Eagles in another road contest this week.
After waiving Tanner Ingle, the team has announced that running back Dean Connors was signed to the active roster. Connors, an undrafted rookie out of Houston, made his NFL debut last week as a practice squad activation. Replacing Ronnie Rivers on special teams, Connors could be asked to do more moving forward, as he's a solid pass catcher and has potential as a returner.

Connors was a standout performer during preseason, drawing comparisons to Danny Woodhead. Riding that momentum
into Sunday, he played nine special teams snaps and returned one kick for 23 yards.
Connors did not play on offense, something that was predetermined before the contest. With Rivers on injured reserve for at least three more weeks, this could be the opening he needs to maintain a place on the roster.
During his collegiate career, Connors played for the Rice Owls from 2022 until 2024, before spending his final season with the Houston Cougars, helping them win 10 games. As a dual-threat running back, Connors registered three straight seasons with over 1,000 total yards, and 30 total touchdowns in his final three years.
