On Monday night, Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams was simply spectacular. He dismantled the New York Giants in the Rams' 28-6 win at SoFi Stadium, turning back the clock with a vintage outing. To say Adams was brilliant would be doing his performance a disservice; he dazzled on the big stage of prime time.
A player built for the bright lights, Adams showed why he's a future Hall of Famer, plucking passes out of the sky on his way towards an eight-catch, 195-yard game with two touchdowns. Just how dominant was Adams? He put up more yards himself (195) than the entire Giants offense (182).
Adams also scored 12 points, twice as many as the Giants' six. To make his performance stand out even more, he did this with Puka Nacua and Jordan
Whittington missing the game due to injury. The Giants knew where the ball was going, and they couldn't do a thing about it.

Adams now has 11 receptions for 221 yards and two touchdowns this season. He will take on the Denver Broncos and former Defensive Player of the Year Pat Surtain II in Week 3. They have a long-standing history, going back to Adams' time with the Las Vegas Raiders, so Davante knows it'll be a challenge.
