The Los Angeles Rams believed they acquired the NFL's best defender when they traded for Myles Garrett, but despite the fact that they seemingly have the league's top players on offense and defense, one other playmaker believes he's the best in the world.
Garrett recently recorded his workout with Green Bay Packers star and fellow All-Pro Micah Parsons as part of their episode of Iron Sharpens Iron. Even though Garrett is the reigning Defensive Player of the Year and single-season sack record-holder, Parsons says he's the best player in the NFL.

Garrett found humor in Parsons' claim, as the Packers star has yet to win a Defensive Player of the Year award, joking that it's nice to have a challenger.
"It's nice knowing that people want to enter the race," Garrett joked. Parsons responded by saying he's "been in the race," before Garrett shut that argument down.
"It's nice knowing that no one's close," continued Garrett. "But it's also nice to know that people are willing to at least line up."
Parsons has a long way to go before he can cement himself as the NFL's best, but he'll get his shot to upstage Garrett and the Rams in front of the country when the Packers come to Los Angeles on Thanksgiving Eve.
