After making the blockbuster moves that they did this offseason, no team in the NFL has higher expectations than the Los Angeles Rams. In fact, they’re probably the only team whose season would be considered a major disappointment if they don’t win the Super Bowl.
Stephen A. Smith is never one to have lukewarm takes and for the Rams, he believes they’re in for a dominant regular season. On “First Take” Monday, Smith went game by game and predicted whether the Rams will lose, ultimately landing on a final record of 13-4.
The only games Smith has the Rams losing are to the Broncos, Eagles, Chiefs and Seahawks. He incorrectly stated that the Rams beat the Eagles in Philadelphia last season, a game they lost in heartbreaking fashion thanks to two
blocked kicks, but he has the Eagles winning this matchup in L.A. anyway.

He predicts Los Angeles to sweep the 49ers and Cardinals, also laughing off the idea of the Cowboys potentially beating the Rams at SoFi Stadium.
“Dak Prescott better hope he’s alive after this game. He better not get himself hurt,” Smith said.
Given the difficulty of the Rams’ schedule, 13-4 would be impressive. There are a lot of quality teams on the schedule, including four games alone against the 49ers and Seahawks. At 13-4, the Rams would certainly be in the hunt for the No. 1 seed after missing out on it last year, and if they earn that top spot in the conference, they won’t have to leave SoFi Stadium because the Super Bowl is in Inglewood.
