Jaylen Watson has been playing through a bad shoulder since injuring it in Week 3, and he appeared to aggravate it on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. He went down in the third quarter and was slow to get up, needing assistance from the training staff as he was taken off the field.
He was then escorted straight to the locker room in the third quarter, walking gingerly while trainers held his arm in place. Watson has been outstanding for the Rams this season, his first year with the team after signing as a free agent, so losing him for any amount of time would be a big blow.
He originally dislocated it in Week 3 and was forced to miss one game.
