The Los Angeles Rams have signed 2019 All-Pro linebacker Eric Kendricks to the practice squad, the team announced Tuesday. Kendricks, who was also voted a Pro Bowler in 2019, adds depth to the Rams' linebacker room behind Omar Speights and Nate Landman.
Kendricks last played for the 49ers in 2025 but went unsigned this year. He appeared in just three games, making one start for San Francisco last season. Before that, he played and started 15 games for the Cowboys in 2024, picking off two passes and forcing three fumbles. He finished with 138 tackles that year, which was his second-most in any season.
Kendricks, 34, came into the NFL with the Vikings in 2015. He was a second-round pick out of UCLA and spent the first eight years of his career in Minnesota.
In his 11 NFL seasons, Kendricks has racked up 1,180 tackles in 150 career games. He also has 11 interceptions and eight forced fumbles.
