Los Angeles Rams receiver Puka Nacua is playing in Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles after missing the past two games with a hip injury, but that doesn't mean he'll have his usual workload in the game.
According to The Ringer/Netflix Sports' Tom Pelissero, Nacua could be on a "stricter snap count than usual" after returning from the hip/groin injury that cost him the past two games. While he enters Week 4 with no injury designation, ESPN's Sarah Barshop reported Friday that the Rams "are still working through how they will navigate his snap count."
Nacua caught five of nine targets in the Rams' Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers for 74 scoreless yards. He'll take on a healthy dose of Eagles cornerbacks Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean.
In three games against Philadelphia, Nacua has caught 27 of 39 targets for 300 yards and one score.
He and Davante Adams will likely play a bigger role in the offense with tight end Terrance Ferguson on injured reserve and Colby Parkinson questionable to play.
