The Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos cap off a wild day of football tonight on "Sunday Night Football." It's their first meeting since Christmas Day in 2022, marking Matthew Stafford's first game against Denver as a member of the Rams.
Using odds from BetMGM, here are our five favorite bets for this Week 3 matchup, all of them being player props.
Kyren Williams anytime TD scorer (-120)
Blake Corum may be eating into Williams' carries, but Corum doesn't have a single carry inside the 20-yard line yet this season. Williams is clearly still the preferred goal line back, and he's also a much greater receiving threat near the end zone.
Williams' touchdown odds are closer to even money because of Corum's increased workload, but that shouldn't necessarily be the case.
Terrance Ferguson over 3.5 receptions (-155)
Ferguson got peppered
with targets last week, seeing nine passes thrown his way. He caught six for 54 yards and a touchdown, operating as the unquestioned No. 2 receiving threat after Davante Adams. Puka Nacua is doubtful so Ferguson most likely won't have to worry about his targets decreasing, and the Broncos are most susceptible to slot receivers instead of outside ones.
Blake Corum over 48.5 rushing yards (-115)
Corum has been on fire so far, coming off a game where he rushed for 79 yards on only 12 carries. The Broncos are a great defense but Corum is explosive and picks up chunks of yards at a time because of his speed and elusiveness.
He could go over this number with only 8-12 carries, which is within his range.
Harrison Mevis under 7.5 kicking points (-118)
We saw the Rams opt to take a delay of game penalty last week instead of trying a 56-yard field goal with Mevis, which says a lot about what Sean McVay thinks about his range and accuracy. He hasn't made a single field goal this season after missing a 43-yarder last week, so it's not like he's gotten a lot of work.
Look for McVay to remain aggressive on fourth down instead of trusting Mevis.
Davante Adams under 5.5 receptions (-115)
Fade a guy coming off an eight-catch, 195-yard game? Seems crazy, doesn't it? Well, this is a much tougher matchup for Adams, who will be going up against Pat Surtain II and Riley Moss on the outside. The Rams used 13 personnel a ton last week and Adams didn't even play the most snaps among their wide receivers, and they should keep leaning on their tight ends again.
Adams only went over 5.5 catches twice last season and though Nacua is doubtful, the Rams still have a lot of mouths to feed.
