The Los Angeles Rams don't yet know whether Puka Nacua will suit up for them on Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders. Sean McVay told reporters that Nacua will not practice on Friday and will officially be listed as questionable to play in Vegas.
Nacua left Thursday's practice early
after injuring his calf. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Friday that the injury is considered "more minor than anything else," and his status for Week 7 is "up in the air."Nacua has already missed two games this season, sitting out Weeks 2 and 3 due to a hip/groin injury.
The Rams are already without Davante Adams, who ruptured his hamstring in Week 6 and will now miss 6-10 weeks. Konata Mumpfield, Jordan Whittington and Tutu Atwell could all see increased snaps
with Adams out, and will become even bigger parts of the offense if Nacua misses Sunday's game.
This season, Nacua has 37 catches for 417 yards and a touchdown in the four games he's played. He also has three carries for 11 yards and a rushing touchdown.
The Rams and Raiders kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET, which means inactives will be due 90 minutes ahead of time at 2:55 p.m. ET. At that point, we will officially know what his status is for the game.
