Myles Garrett said after the Los Angeles Rams’ season opener that he wasn’t 100% healthy as he continues to deal with a lingering issue in his knee. He wasn’t just using that as an excuse for his poor performance, either.
Tom Pelissero reported on Sunday that Garrett will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery and will be placed on injured reserve. He will miss at least the next four weeks, which are against the Giants, Broncos, Eagles and Bills.
The Rams then host the Cardinals in Week 6, which is the game Los Angeles hopes he can return for.
