Cam Lampkin has a chance to be the star of the preseason for the Los Angeles Rams as he pushes for one of the final spots available on the 53-man roster. He's certainly in the right mindset because he was rocking the perfect chain for the Rams' opener against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Rams posted a photo of Lampkin arriving at the stadium wearing a massive C-clamp pendant on his chain. Get it? C-Lamp wearing a clamp?
And for a cornerback, putting the clamps on a receiver is the No. 1 goal each and every play. If he does that throughout the preseason, he should find himself on the active roster to begin the regular season.

With the Rams resting their top corners, Lampkin should get some run against
the Chiefs and throughout the next two weeks. He performed well in training camp and will try to keep that momentum going in the preseason.
