Eagles edge rusher Jalyx Hunt left Sunday’s game against the Jaguars with an apparent leg injury suffered on the final play of the first half at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
Medical personnel attended to Hunt after Philadelphia’s goal-line stand preserved a 14-7 halftime lead. According to Jeff McLane, a cart was brought onto the field, but Eagles personnel helped Hunt off instead. He was not on the field when the second half began.
Hunt finished the first half with three solo tackles and one pass breakup. He did not record a sack.

His absence further depleted an edge rotation already missing Jonathan Greenard, who was inactive with an ankle injury after being listed as questionable. Greenard did not participate in practice during the week.
Arnold Ebiketie is a potential replacement for Hunt, with A.J. Epenesa also available for a larger role alongside Nolan Smith Jr. The Eagles’ unofficial depth chart lists Ebiketie behind Hunt and Epenesa behind Smith. Those three would have to handle the remaining edge workload if Hunt cannot return.
Philadelphia’s defensive front had helped establish the halftime advantage, with Jalen Carter recording two sacks, three tackles for loss and two forced fumbles. Jacksonville rushed for just 33 yards on 13 attempts.
Losing Hunt would limit defensive coordinator Vic Fangio’s options to maintain that pressure and rotate the front. The Eagles also missed linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Jr., who was ejected after a confrontation with Jaguars linebacker Brian Thomas Jr. during the opening kickoff.
