The Eagles are expected to add a tight end before Monday night’s matchup against the Cowboys.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Philadelphia plans to activate Eli Stowers and Grant Calcaterra from injured reserve so both can play against Dallas. Their returns would give quarterback Tanner McKee additional receiving options as the Eagles attempt to snap a four-game losing streak.
Stowers, Philadelphia’s second-round pick, has been sidelined with hamstring and quadriceps injuries. Calcaterra has been recovering from a back injury. Both have been working toward a return since the Eagles opened their practice windows on Oct. 14. Getting Stowers back would give Philadelphia another chance to integrate its rookie tight end into the offense, while
Calcaterra’s return would restore an experienced option alongside Dallas Goedert.

The additions would come at a useful time for an offense that has struggled to sustain drives and turn possessions into points. Philadelphia enters the divisional matchup at 2-4 after scoring 14 points in last week’s loss to Carolina.
Rapoport's report didn't mention the activations, but both tight ends are expected to be available Monday night, giving the Eagles more flexibility in their personnel packages against Dallas.
Update
Philadelphia confirmed Stowers and Calcaterra's return.
