The previous two seasons produced convincing prime-time performances against Minnesota.
Philadelphia defeated the Vikings 34-28 in 2023
behind a dominant rushing performance from D’Andre Swift, who produced 175 yards and a touchdown. A year earlier, Jalen Hurts accounted for 390 total yards and three touchdowns in a 24-7 win over Minnesota. The current Eagles enter Week 2 following a 24-22 victory over Washington. Hurts threw three touchdown passes without committing a turnover, but Philadelphia generated only 10 first downs and struggled to sustain possessions during the second half.
Tennessee enters at 0-1 after scoring 10 points in its opener. The Eagles are favored to improve to 2-0, but their Week 2 history reminds everyone that early-season games rarely follow expectations.
