GREENSBORO, NC — Jackson Koivun is one of 11 players making their first FedEx Cup Playoff appearance this year after the 21-year old qualified in the final spot of the regular season standings.
Only 70 players make the FedEx St. Jude Championship, the PGA Tour's first of three playoff rounds. The field will be cut to 50 for the BMW Championship in St. Louis before the Tour Championship at East Lake in Atlanta.
These 11 first-timers are guaranteed at least the first round this week in Memphis, Tennessee.
