The new executives bring experience spanning sports, entertainment, hospitality, technology, finance and consumer brands, the Tour said in a release.
Rutstein joins the Tour having recently overseen global brand management and creative for Under Armour as a senior vice president of global brand and Americas marketing. He also spent nearly a decade at Adidas, where he led global and U.S. marketing and merchandising. Rutstein will begin with the Tour on Oct. 5.
Maher brings more than two decades in information

Fizer earned a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and graduated from the University of Virginia, where he captained the men’s golf team. He most recently served as chief investment officer of Mill Hill, an independent advisory practice he built from the ground up, according to a release. Rutstein, Mahar and Fizer will report to Andy Weitz, president of Enterprise operations, who oversees marketing, PGA Tour Studios, technology, investor relations and board administration.
As part of the announcement on new leadership, the Tour also noted that it continues to recruit for several additional senior leadership positions, including a chief financial officer, executive vice president of talent and culture, head of government relations, executive producer and head of live content and senior vice president of corporate development.
