Two nights before he teed off in the 2026 Rocket Classic, U.S. Open champ Wyndham Clark tried his hand in another sport: baseball.
On Tuesday, ahead of the interleague game between the hometown Detroit Tigers and the visiting Baltimore Orioles, Clark took the mound sporting a Tigers jersey and threw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Wearing a No. 2 on his jersey, Clark called his throw "10 out 10", adding, "I kind of blocked it out to be honest. I just threw it and it was right on target. I was happy."
And that it was, as Clark brought the heat throwing a strike. And he was good luck, as the Tigers routed the Orioles 14-0.
