The Bank of Utah Championship, a three-year event on the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup Fall series, is set to begin Thursday in Ivins, Utah. The field features 120 golfers in the ever-growing golf hub near St. George.
The purse is $6 million, with a $1.08 million first-place check
awaiting the winner. There are also valuable FedEx Cup points up for grabs, as many of the golfers in the field are angling for status in 2027.Plenty of young guns are on the tee sheet this week, include the defending champion, a member of the winning Presidents Cup team and a 19-year-old phenom. The field features Utah native Tony Finau for the first time. One key group to watch: Michael Brennan, Jackson Koivun and Ben
