The PGA Tour is moving up tee times for Saturday's third round of the Biltmore Championship in Asheville, North Carolina, by an hour because of expected thunderstorms on the afternoon of Sept. 19.
The first tee times for the third round will be at approximately 7:45 a.m. ET and the last groups will tee off by 10 a.m. ET, the PGA Tour announced in a news release on Sept. 18. Parking lot shuttles for spectators will begin to run at 6:45 a.m. ET and entry gates to the Cliffs at Walnut Cove will open at 7 a.m. ET.
The current forecast calls for a 49% chance of scattered thunderstorms in Asheville beginning at 1 p.m. on Sept. 19. The chance of thunderstorms will remain above 40% until 5 p.m.
"Fans should be aware that conditions on the property may
be wet," the PGA Tour said. "All fans should dress accordingly and use caution in areas where water has accumulated, as well as mounding and hills, which might be slippery."

Weather was a factor during the first day of the tournament on Sept. 17. The first round started a half an hour later than originally scheduled due to fog. Every player was able to complete their first round despite the delay.
