It's time to crown a champion at the 2026 U.S. Women's Amateur.
But first, there are a pair of semifinals to finish.
Sunday is going to be lengthy at The Honors Course in Ooltewah, Tennessee, with semifinal play needing to conclude before the 36-hole championship match can begin later Sunday morning. At the halfway point, co-medalist Anna Iwanaga and Asterisk Talley, the runner-up in 2024, lead 3 up in their respective matches.

U.S. Women's Amateur format
Every player in the field will compete in 36 holes of stroke play on Tuesday and Wednesday, where the field will be cut to the low 64 players for match play, which begins Thursday. A playoff will be used if needed to determine the 64 players. Then, the Round of 64 takes place Thursday, Rounds of 32 and 16 on Friday, quarterfinals and semifinals on Saturday and the 36-hole championship final on Sunday.
