Paula Creamer celebrated her 40th birthday in style. The 2010 U.S. Women's Open champion's surprise celebration was a sea of pink, her signature color. Even the Pink Panther mascot made an appearance.
Creamer got her nickname, the "Pink Panther," decades ago from Casey Wittenberg at the IMG Academy given her love of all things pink.
Guests at Creamer's party included longtime LPGA friends Morgan Pressel, Brittany Lincicome, Meaghan Francella and Nicole Hage.
"What an absolute blast celebrating with the people I love most," wrote Creamer in an Instagram post. "Friends and family traveled from near and far to make this night so incredibly special, and I’m beyond grateful."
A 10-time winner on the LPGA and mom to 4-year-old daughter Hilton, Creamer
is one of Angela Stanford's trusted assistants for next month's Solheim Cup. Creamer won her first LPGA, the ShopRite LPGA Classic, in May 2005 at the age of 18, and then flew home for high school graduation.
Creamer last competed on the LPGA in 2024. Her career was put on hold after a harrowing car accident left her with a right hand injury that impacted her ability to grip the club.
