This week marks the 20th anniversary of the LPGA's Arkansas stop. The field at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship includes 18 of the 24 2026 Solheim Cup players, including the powerhouse pair of Charley Hull and Lottie Woad.
The tour took off a week after Europe defeated the U.S. in the Netherlands, 15-13.
A total of 10 of the 12 victorious European players will compete at Pinnacle Country Club Sept. 25–27, including Celine Boutier, Carlota Ciganda, Linn Grant, Nanna Koerstz Madsen, Julia Lopez Ramirez, Leona Maguire, Nastasia Nadaud, Mimi Rhodes and Hull and Woad.
Meanwhile, eight players from Angela Stanford's USA team will tee it up for a share of the $3 million purse: Lauren Coughlin, Megan Khang, Auston Kim, Jennifer Kupcho, Andrea Lee,
Yealimi Noh, Angel Yin and Rose Zhang.
The highest-ranked player in the field is No. 5 Miyu Yamashita, Arkansas' defending champion and the 2025 AIG Women’s British Open champion.
Current and former University of Arkansas players in the field include Brooke Matthews, Gaby Lopez, Maria José Marin, Maria Fassi and Reagan Zibilski, with Marin, Fassi and Zibilski receiving sponsor invitations. Marin won the 2025 NCAA Championship and 2026 Augusta National Women’s Amateur.
Mirabel Ting, who has already wrapped up her LPGA card for 2027 on the Epson Tour's Race for the Card points list, Monday-qualified along with Siyun Liu.
