Named Vistaero, the 11,619-square-foot home is on 5 acres and has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It also has dual-level balconies, an entertainment lounge, reading room, multiple offices and a gym. The garage has room for 18 vehicles. Outside there’s a firepit and resort-style pool with baja shelf.
Bidding for the French Mediterranean-inspired home ends on July 28. A $10,000 deposit is required to bid.
Chad Roffers, CEO of Concierge Auctions, which is handling the bidding, said luxury buyers now
want to be able to move-in and immediately enjoy the lifestyle of their home.
