The field for the 2026 FedEx Cup Playoffs has been trimmed down to just 50 players
after last week's FedEx St. Jude Championship. Now, it's on to the BMW Championship at Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis, where those 50 guys will compete with the hopes of securing their spot in the top 30 and advancing to the season-ending Tour Championship, which takes place next week at East Lake in Atlanta.World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is back to defend his BMW title, fresh off a win in Memphis on Sunday, and he'll do so among a field featuring many of golf's biggest stars, including Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffele, Tommy Fleetwood, Cameron Young, Collin Morikawa, Matt Fitzpatrick and more.
