PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. ― Legendary professional golfer Tiger Woods was on hand to witness his son, Charlie Woods, during a milestone day.
The younger Woods donned a Florida State cap ― paired with a big smile ― during a signing day ceremony at Benjamin High School, headlining Class of 2027 student-athletes being recognized for their collegiate decisions ahead of National Signing Day.
Tiger Woods was present with other family members, as well as Robert McNamara, Executive Vice President of TGR, Tiger Woods Ventures, as they applauded Charlie and other Benjamin athletes during the signing ceremony. The group took photos together afterwards, and Tiger gave his son a trademark fist-bump once the ceremony was completed.

Woods signed with Florida State on Friday during a National Signing Day ceremony at The Benjamin School, nine months after verbally committing to the Seminoles in February.
Woods ultimately chose FSU over offers from programs around the country and will take a different path than his father, who played two years at Stanford.
At Florida State, Woods will join Miles Russell, one of the top players in the Class of 2027, giving the Seminoles one of the more intriguing recruiting classes in the country. Trey Jones has had plenty of success developing future pros in Tallahassee, including Brooks Koepka, Daniel Berger and Luke Clanton.
Charlie Woods has been building his own résumé, too. He won the AJGA Team TaylorMade Invitational in May 2025 and earlier this week shot a 1-under 70 to help Benjamin win a Florida regional championship at Miami Shores Country Club.
In September, Woods also signed an NIL deal with TaylorMade, the company that has sponsored his father since 2017 and later partnered with him to launch Sun Day Red in 2024.
The Seminoles have reached the NCAA Tournament in five of the past six seasons, highlighted by a runner-up finish in 2024. Now one of the biggest names in junior golf is headed to Tallahassee to see what he can do next.
