The 2026 PNC Championship will feature two of the top-ranked golfers in the men's and women's games, with world No. 1 Nelly Korda returning and world No. 4 Cameron Young set to make his tournament debut.
Young, 29, became eligible for the event by winning the Players Championship in March and added another victory at the Cadillac Championship in May. He will partner with his father, David Young, a longtime PGA professional who previously worked at Sleepy Hollow Country Club in New York.
"Being invited to the PNC Championship for the first time is an honor, and something I'm looking forward to," Young said in a release. "It's a unique event where I have the opportunity to compete alongside my father against an incredible field. It will be a really
cool dynamic, and having the family around makes for a great way to end the year."

The PNC Championship will feature more women in the field than ever before. Korda will make her sixth appearance alongside her father, Petr Korda, in the season-ending two-person, 36-hole scramble event. Annika Sörenstam will team with her son, Will McGee, for the fourth consecutive year, while 2021 U.S. Ryder Cup captain Steve Stricker will partner with daughter Izzi. Six-time PNC Championship winner Bernhard Langer returns with his daughter, Christina.
Together, Korda, Sörenstam, Izzi Stricker and Christina Langer represent the largest female presence in tournament history.
"It is fantastic to see more women participating in the PNC Championship this year," Sörenstam, a 10-time major champion, said. "The event has always been about bringing families together through golf, and having a larger female presence makes it even more special."
Young joins former PNC Championship winner David Duval, Masters champion Trevor Immelman, 1994 Open Championship winner Nick Price and six-time major champion Lee Trevino, who remains the only player to have competed in every edition of the event.
They join Langer, first-time participant Brooks Koepka and defending champion Matt Kuchar in the field, with nine teams still to be announced.
As previously reported by Golfweek, sources say the tournament is holding a spot for Tiger Woods should he be healthy enough to compete alongside his son, Charlie. Two years ago, they lost to Team Langer in a playoff.
The PNC Championship features major champions and Players Championship winners competing alongside family members in pursuit of the Willie Park Trophy. To be eligible, players must have won either a major championship or the Players Championship, while their partner cannot hold playing status on a professional tour.
The 2026 PNC Championship will be held Dec. 17-20 at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club at Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida.
