That didn't take long.
In his third start as a professional, 21-year-old Jackson Koivun is a PGA Tour winner. He takes the title at the 2026 3M Open, tying the tournament scoring record at 25-under 259 and topping world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler by three shots. Koivun turned professional last month after helping Auburn win the college golf national championship.
He also takes home the top prize of $1.584 million and will move to No. 70 in the FedEx Cup standings. The top 70 players make the FedEx Cup Playoffs, which begin in two weeks.
