The Florida Gators start the season as the No. 1 team in the 2026-27 Bushnell/Golfweek Div. I men's golf coaches poll.
The Gators were also the top team in the preseason polls for Golfweek and Golf Channel, received 14 first-place votes and 573 total points in this poll.
Auburn, which won the NCAA title last May, opens in the No. 2 spot with Oklahoma State, Arizona State and Texas Tech making up the rest of the top 5.
