A FedExCup Champion will be crowned at the 2026 Tour Championship this week at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia, the final event of the PGA Tour season. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler enters the week in the pole position of the FedExCup standings, but for the second year in a row, all 30 players will start at even par. Below, we search for the best value prop bets for the Tour Championship and make our PGA Tour picks and predictions before the first round begins Thursday morning.
In addition to Scheffler, the favorite at +333, the other top 29 players in the season-long standings will be teeing it up at East Lake, including Rory McIlroy (+850) and Xander Schauffele (+1200). Tommy Fleetwood (+2000) is the defending champion here after winning
last year at 18-under par. The winner of the Tour Championship takes home the $10 million prize for winning the FedExCup.
East Lake (par 70, 7,490 yards) has hosted the Tour Championship each year since 2005, making it a staple of the PGA Tour season. It features lightning-fast greens and penalizing rough, recently undergoing a massive restoration project before the 2024 championship to completely change the layout of some holes.

Xander Schauffele (+175)
Schauffele won the Tour Championship in 2017 and had the lowest gross score to par in 2020 and 2023 when starting strokes were still utilized. He typically scores extremely well around here, and though he didn't have his best week at Bellerive in the BMW Championship, he had back-to-back top-10s in his previously 2 starts.
Patrick Cantlay (+240)
Cantlay very well could have caught Wyndham Clark last week if not for some dreadful putting, ranking 43rd out of 50 players in strokes gained on the greens. He struck the ball beautifully, ranking first in SG: tee-to-green and first in SG: approach, but his putter needs to wake up. Last week may have been an anomaly, being just the first time he's lost more than 0.05 strokes putting since the Travelers Championship.
2026 Tour Championship: Best outright winners
Russell Henley (+333)
Henley has finished fourth and second at the Tour Championship in the last 2 years and he just tied for 12th at the BMW Championship last week. He hasn't finished worse than T-30 since the U.S. Open and though he's struggled around the greens in recent months, his putting and approach play have both been strong.
Tour Championship – Top-10 picks
Adam Scott (+175)
Scott didn't make the Tour Championship last year but he tied for fourth in 2024, which was his last appearance here. He gained the third-most strokes from tee to green of anyone at the BMW last week but he was second-to-last in putting.
Viktor Hovland (+110)
Hovland has very good memories at East Lake, winning here in 2023 and notching 4 other top-15 finishes in his last 5 starts here. In each of the last 2 weeks, he's started off fairly well before falling behind, but he continues to gain a significant number of strokes on approach (10 straight starts in the positive), which is a recipe for success.
Collin Morikawa (-110)
Morikawa finished fourth at the BMW last week behind some terrific play from tee-to-green, but he also gained nearly a stroke on the greens, which is a good sign for Morikawa. He finished second here in 2024 and sixth in 2023 before tying for 19th last year.

Wyndham Clark (+105) vs. Ludvig Aberg (-135)
There is no world where Aberg should be this heavily favored over Clark. Aberg has finished 16th and 21st in 2 career starts here, whereas Clark – who just won last week – has finished third and eighth in his 2 appearances at East Lake. Take the plus-money bet.
Russell Henley (-110) vs. Hideki Matsuyama (-110)
Matsuyama had been surging before tying for 28th last week, losing strokes with his putting and short game – a rarity for the former Masters champ. Henley, meanwhile, has a good record here and possesses the approach game to keep him in contention.
Tour Championship – Top American
Patrick Cantlay (+1000)
Cantlay will need to beat out a loaded American field to win this bet, including Scheffler (+200) and Schauffele (+700), but he has a high ceiling if the putter gets going. Everything else is clicking for Cantlay.
Tour Championship – Top Scandinavian
Viktor Hovland (+160)
We're back to fading Aberg (+100) in this market, as well as Kristoffer Reitan (+375). Hovland is a former winner here and, as up-and-down as he can be, he has the ball striking to win this week.
Tour Championship – First-round leader
Patrick Cantlay (+1800)
Cantlay couldn't putt at all last week, but he was first in SG: tee-to-green, which shows how well he was hitting the ball. If he can get some putts to fall and he continues with that high-level ball striking, he'll not only have a chance to lead after Thursday, but potentially win the tournament.
