The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will head to Arlington, Texas, for their Week 5 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday Night Football, and weather shouldn't be much of a factor for either team.
Tampa Bay enters the game at 0-4, still searching for its first victory of the season following a 17-14 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Dallas sits at 2-2 after defeating the Houston Texans 34-30, setting up a matchup between two teams looking to build some momentum heading into the second month of the season.
According to the latest game-day forecast, temperatures should be around 80 to 82 degrees at kickoff, with clear skies, winds of approximately 3 to 5 mph, and virtually no chance of rain. Conditions are expected to remain favorable throughout the evening,
with temperatures gradually dropping into the mid-70s.

Will weather affect Buccaneers vs. Cowboys?
AT&T Stadium features a retractable roof, meaning outside weather conditions may not affect the game at all. The roof's status has not been confirmed, but even if it remains open, the forecast suggests neither team should have much trouble throwing or kicking the football.
That could be particularly helpful for Buccaneers quarterback Jalon Daniels, who will make his second NFL start and his first on the road. The undrafted rookie completed 19 of 27 passes for 148 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions against Green Bay while adding 55 rushing yards.
Daniels will face a Cowboys defense that has struggled through four games, allowing 28 points per contest. Tampa Bay has had its own offensive problems, however, and the short week gives the rookie quarterback limited time to prepare for another challenging matchup.
With no significant rain or wind expected, the Buccaneers won't have weather-related obstacles to blame for any offensive struggles Thursday night. Protecting Daniels, limiting turnovers, and finding consistency in the passing game will be far more important than the conditions outside AT&T Stadium.
