The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-4) head to Arlington, Texas, for a Thursday Night Football matchup against the Dallas Cowboys (2-2), looking to avoid their fifth consecutive loss to open the 2026 NFL season. Tampa Bay is coming off a frustrating 17-14 loss to the Green Bay Packers, while Dallas enters Week 5 following a 34-30 victory over the Houston Texans. With both teams dealing with their share of struggles, Thursday night's matchup presents an opportunity for the Buccaneers to finally get a win in the column.
Undrafted rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels will make his second NFL start with Baker Mayfield sidelined by a thumb injury. Tampa Bay will also be without safety Antoine Winfield Jr., linebacker SirVocea Dennis, and cornerback Benjamin Morrison.
The Buccaneers need a cleaner performance offensively after another disappointing outing against Green Bay, but they'll have an opportunity against a Cowboys defense that has struggled through the first four weeks. Follow along below for live updates, scoring plays, highlights, and everything happening throughout Thursday night's game at AT&T Stadium.
