The Baltimore Ravens will have scouts in attendance for Saturday night's showdown between No. 1 Miami and No. 11 Notre Dame, with several prospects potentially addressing positions that have become areas of concern during Baltimore's disappointing 2026 season.
According to NFL draft analyst Ryan Fowler, the Ravens are among 25 teams sending representatives to South Bend, Indiana, for a matchup featuring two prominent quarterback prospects, highly regarded defensive linemen and several offensive line prospects who could enter the 2027 NFL draft.

Baltimore enters its extended break at 4-5 following four consecutive losses, with injuries and inconsistent offensive line play contributing to the team's struggles. General manager Eric DeCosta will have opportunities to strengthen both lines of scrimmage while continuing to evaluate the long-term outlook at several defensive positions.
Here are five prospects who could appeal to Baltimore's scouting department.
Anthonie Knapp, G, Notre Dame
Knapp could be one of the most relevant prospects for Baltimore, which has struggled with protection, penalties, and consistency along its offensive line. The 305-pound interior blocker has earned attention for his physical approach and ability to execute within Notre Dame's offense. His matchup against Miami defensive tackles Justin Scott and Ahmad Moten Sr. will give evaluators a chance to see how he handles power and maintains protection against talented interior defenders.
Baltimore has used rookie Vega Ioane at right guard, and Cam Jurgens at center, but the organization must continue building depth across the offensive line.
Knapp's experience, strength, and positional flexibility make him a prospect worth monitoring as the Ravens work to build a more dependable offensive front.
Justin Scott and Ahmad Moten Sr., DT, Miami
Miami's defensive tackle combination presents another intriguing evaluation for Baltimore. Scott and Moten have emerged as highly regarded interior defensive prospects, using their size and strength to challenge offensive linemen and disrupt running lanes.
For the Ravens, both players could add depth and developmental talent to a defensive line featuring Nnamdi Madubuike, Travis Jones, and veteran Calais Campbell.
Baltimore has struggled with consistency on defense, and adding another disruptive interior presence could help create more favorable situations for its linebackers and edge rushers.
The matchup against Notre Dame's offensive line will give scouts a chance to evaluate both players against high-level competition.
Marquise Lightfoot, EDGE, Miami
Lightfoot gives scouts another pass-rushing prospect to evaluate, entering the matchup with seven sacks this season.
The Miami defender combines edge speed with a relentless approach to pursuing quarterbacks, though his production hasn't always been consistent.
Baltimore has relied on Trey Hendrickson, Mike Green and a rotation of outside linebackers to generate pressure, but maintaining depth at the position remains important.
Lightfoot's athletic ability could make him an intriguing developmental option if he demonstrates improved consistency against a Notre Dame offensive line that has allowed only two sacks through eight games.
Darian Mensah, QB, Miami
Baltimore's quarterback injuries have made the position an important area to monitor, even after Friday's trade for veteran Jacoby Brissett. Mensah enters Saturday completing 80.7% of his passes for 2,425 yards, 25 touchdowns and one interception. His accuracy, anticipation, and decision-making have helped Miami remain undefeated.
However, Notre Dame's defense poses a significant challenge for a quarterback who has benefited from an efficient short-passing attack and reliable receivers.
Mensah's ability to handle pressure, work through progressions, and generate downfield completions without injured receiver Malachi Toney could influence his draft evaluation.
CJ Carr, QB, Notre Dame
Carr offers another potential NFL quarterback prospect with an impressive combination of production and command of his offense. The Notre Dame quarterback has completed 148 of 222 passes for 1,849 yards, 18 touchdowns and one interception through eight games. Carr has been sacked only twice this season, reflecting both his offensive line's effectiveness and his ability to keep the offense on schedule.
Baltimore's quarterback situation remains unsettled with Lamar Jackson recovering from thumb surgery and Tyler Huntley sidelined by a toe injury. Brissett provides an experienced short-term option, but evaluating potential quarterbacks remains an important part of the organization's long-term planning.
Saturday's matchup gives DeCosta and his scouting staff an opportunity to evaluate players at several positions of need, particularly offensive line, defensive tackle, and quarterback.
The Ravens aren't guaranteed to target anyone participating in the game, but with important roster decisions approaching, the evaluations could help shape Baltimore's draft strategy next April.
