Zay Flowers’ return gave the Ravens more than the catch that set up their winning field goal in Brazil.
Flowers caught five passes for 84 yards and added a 20-yard rush in Baltimore’s 34-31 win over Dallas. His final reception, a 27-yard strike from Lamar Jackson, positioned Tyler Loop for the 56-yard kick that ended the game.
The full performance reinforced how much Flowers brings to an offense that played without him against New Orleans. His speed creates opportunities downfield, and his ability to line up in different spots gives Declan Doyle more ways to challenge a defense.
Through two appearances, Flowers has 10 catches for 234 yards on 12 targets. All 10 receptions have produced first downs. Baltimore’s Week 4 notes list him first in the
NFL at 23.4 yards per catch, with a minimum of 10 receptions, and first at 9.4 yards per route run, with a minimum of 25 routes.

Those numbers make his workload an important part of the Tennessee preparation. Flowers has missed a game and part of another with a hamstring injury, so his return to action should not be treated as confirmation that all limitations are gone. Baltimore enters Sunday with the league’s sixth-ranked total offense. Keeping Flowers involved gives Jackson an explosive option, while Derrick Henry and the running game force Tennessee to defend the line of scrimmage.
