The Ravens
opened Friday’s practice with continued uncertainty surrounding Matt Hibner, Cam Jurgens and Rashod Bateman ahead of Sunday’s game against the Browns. Hibner did not take the field in uniform and appeared with a cast on his left hand, according to reporters at practice. Jurgens and Bateman continued to wear red non-contact jerseys as Baltimore approached its final injury report of the week.Hibner’s appearance offered little encouragement for his availability against Cleveland. The rookie tight end injured his hand during Sunday’s overtime victory over Atlanta and was listed as a nonparticipant Wednesday and Thursday. Jeff Zrebiec said Friday that Hibner is unlikely to be available this week, although the Ravens have not yet announced
a final game designation.
Jurgens’ status also remains unresolved. The center, who is dealing with a concussion, has watched from the sideline all week, according to ESPN’s Jamison Hensley. Baltimore listed him as limited Wednesday and Thursday, but Friday’s non-contact jersey offered no indication that he had advanced to unrestricted work.

QB Lamar Jackson (ankle)
TE Matt Hibner (hand)
LT Ronnie Stanley (toe/ankle/rest)
DL Calais Campbell
DL Broderick Washington (ankle)
Jurgens (concussion) and Bateman (shoulder) still in non contact jerseys
The Ravens are waiting for Jurgens to make his debut following his trade from Philadelphia. If he remains unavailable, Baltimore could continue using rookie Vega Ioane at center.
Bateman’s presence was a more encouraging development after he was listed as a nonparticipant Thursday with a shoulder injury. He returned to the field Friday, though the red jersey indicated continued contact restrictions. His official participation level and game designation were still pending.
Baltimore visits Cleveland with a 4-1 record and a one-game lead in the AFC North. The final injury report will clarify whether these three players are expected to be available for the Ravens’ first division matchup.
