The Baltimore Ravens are giving fans a closer look at how Jesse Minter and his coaching staff prepare for each opponent during the 2026 season.
The organization announced the launch of “Ravens Game Plan,” a new 30-minute television program produced by Ravens Productions. Minter will appear as a weekly guest, with episodes featuring film reviews, coaching perspectives, and analysis of Baltimore’s previous game and upcoming opponent. A rotating group of coordinators and assistant coaches will also lead an Xs and Os segment designed to explain portions of the weekly game plan. The format expands the traditional coaches show beyond the head coach and highlights the staff members responsible for preparing individual position groups and developing
Baltimore’s schemes.
Kyle Youmans, the new “Voice of the Ravens,” will host the program. Youmans joined Baltimore in June after spending seven seasons with the Dallas Cowboys’ media operation as a television host, producer and reporter.
WBAL-TV will broadcast “Ravens Game Plan” at 11:30 a.m. each Sunday, placing the program immediately before the day’s NFL schedule. The show will also air through 12 regional affiliates across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Washington, D.C.
Episodes will additionally be available through the Ravens’ official website and YouTube channel.
Baltimore’s Emmy Award-winning “Ravens Report” will also return in 2026. Shelby Lasso will continue hosting the behind-the-scenes program centered on the players, coaches, and weekly rhythm of an NFL season.
Complete regional broadcast schedules are available through the Ravens’ official programming page.
