The Baltimore Ravens released their first injury report ahead of Sunday’s home opener against the New Orleans Saints, and several important starters did not participate in Wednesday’s practice. Wide receiver Zay Flowers was sidelined with a hamstring injury. Head coach Jesse Minter described Flowers as day-to-day earlier Wednesday and said the Pro Bowl receiver was in a good spot.
Baltimore also practiced without two starting offensive linemen. Left tackle Ronnie Stanley was listed with a toe injury, while left guard John Simpson sat out because of a groin issue. Outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson did not participate because of a finger injury, and cornerback T.J. Tampa Jr. remained sidelined with a knee injury. Defensive lineman Calais Campbell
received a veteran rest day and was listed as a non-injury-related absence.
Nnamdi Madubuike provided one positive development. The defensive tackle was a limited participant because of the neck injury that kept him out of Baltimore’s 41-23 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Madubuike has been designated to return from injured reserve, although the Ravens have not activated him to the 53-man roster.

Linebacker Teddye Buchanan was limited with a knee injury, while safety Keondre Jackson was limited because of a shoulder issue. Safety Jaylinn Hawkins practiced fully despite a chest injury, and wide receiver Devontez Walker was a full participant with a groin injury.
Wednesday’s report marks the start of the week and does not determine anyone’s availability for Sunday. Flowers, Stanley, and Simpson will be the most important names to monitor when Baltimore returns to the practice field Thursday.
