The Baltimore Ravenshave officially added cornerback Lardarius Webb Jr. and veteran offensive lineman Chuma Edoga to their practice squad.
Webb returns after being waived during Baltimore’s initial roster cuts. Webb earned the opportunity after showing encouraging flashes during training camp and the preseason. He finished Baltimore’s preseason finale against the Washington Commanders with two tackles and a forced fumble, strengthening his case for continued development within the organization. His return also continues a notable family connection. Webb’s father, Lardarius Webb Sr., spent his entire nine-year NFL career with Baltimore and helped the Ravens win Super Bowl XLVII.
Edoga gives the Ravens a more experienced option along the offensive
line. The 29-year-old has appeared in 62 games and made 25 starts across seven NFL seasons. He has experience at both tackle positions and guard, adding valuable versatility behind Baltimore’s starters.
Edoga is also familiar with offensive line coach Dwayne Ledford. The two worked together with the Atlanta Falcons in 2022, which should help Edoga transition into Baltimore’s system.
The two additions continue the Ravens’ early-season adjustments as the organization strengthens its developmental secondary and offensive line depth.
