Agent Zero reached another career milestone Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.
Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith recorded his 700th career solo tackle during Baltimore’s Week 3 game in Brazil. According to Ravens Communications, he is the 11th player since 2000 to reach that mark within his first nine NFL seasons. The distinction is solo tackles, not combined tackles, which include assists. It measures a career that began with the Chicago Bears in 2018 and continued in Baltimore after Smith arrived in 2022.

Smith has been the organizer in the middle of the Ravens’ defense, responsible for getting teammates
lined up and making stops himself. Sunday’s milestone puts a number on the tackling production that has followed him through both stops of his career.
It also comes against a Dallas offense that entered the matchup capable of pressuring Baltimore through the passing game. Every tackle that prevents a short completion from becoming a larger gain matters in that matchup.
Smith reached 700 solo tackles early in his ninth season. The Ravens’ game against the Cowboys was still in progress when the team announced the milestone, so his career total could rise before the final whistle.
