Cam Jurgens will wear No. 64 for the Baltimore Ravens after the Philadelphia Eagles traded him, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. The number carries a familiar connection for Baltimore: It previously belonged to former Ravens center Tyler Linderbaum. Jurgens now wears it as he prepares to join Baltimore’s interior offensive line.
Jurgens wore No. 51 in Philadelphia, where he made two Pro Bowls.
The Ravens acquired Jurgens and a 2027 seventh-round pick in Wednesday’s trade. The Eagles received a 2027 fifth-round pick and a 2028 second-round selection in return for the two-time Pro Bowl center. Baltimore added Jurgens after injuries depleted its center options and forced rookie Vega Ioane to move inside from guard. Ioane welcomed the acquisition
and said he looks forward to returning to his college position alongside Jurgens.
The jersey assignment is settled, but Jurgens’ Ravens debut remains pending. Coach Jesse Minter said Wednesday that Jurgens was in concussion protocol and expected the center to be ready the following week, not for Sunday’s game against Atlanta.
